Hill Country Behavioral Solutions (HCBS) is committed to the long-term well being of our clients and their families. We stand out compared to other behavioral providers because our main focus is accomplishing more with less. What does that mean? Traditionally, large Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) companies stress the importance of comprehensive programming (25+ hours/week) and typically refer to evidence-based practices and research that support those claims. Here at HCBS we believe this approach is in large part due to high turnover rates and burnout in behavioral therapists (or registered behavior technicians) as well as having minimal experience, training, and quality supervision from a highly qualified clinician. HCBS, on the other hand, is a small team dedicated to empowering families by offering therapy and family training that produces lasting results in the home and community, and equips family members with the necessary skills to fade services as quickly as possible.
